Privacy Policy

Lucio Labs ("we", "us", "our") is a web design and development studio. Our website is luciolabs.com. You can reach us at hello@luciolabs.com or (254) 870-8877.

We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact, estimator, or support forms. This includes:

• Name and email address
• Business name and phone number (optional)
• Project details, goals, and budget information you choose to share
• Support ticket content

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through our hosting provider, Cloudflare. This data is not linked to any personal identifier.

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver the services you've requested, and follow up on open projects. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party — ever.

If you submit an estimate or contact form, we may send you one follow-up email. You can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any message from us.

We use browser localStorage (not tracking cookies) to remember two preferences:

• luciolabs_lang — your chosen interface language
• luciolabs_cookies — whether you've acknowledged this banner

These values never leave your device and contain no personally identifiable information. No third-party tracking scripts, ad networks, or analytics pixels are loaded on this site.

We use the following services to operate the site:

• Cloudflare Workers & KV — hosting and form data storage
• Resend — transactional email delivery for form submissions
• Google Fonts — typeface delivery (subject to Google's privacy policy)

Each provider has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We do not share more data with these providers than is strictly necessary to operate the service.

Form submissions stored in Cloudflare KV are retained for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted. If you would like your data removed sooner, email us at hello@luciolabs.com and we will delete it within 5 business days.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@luciolabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
