The name means something.
Lucio comes from lux β light. Four meanings stacked into one name, on purpose.
Clarity instead of confusion, honesty instead of pressure tactics, and a faith that shapes how I treat people, not just what I believe.
The alternative to being told take it or leave it.
I watched family members and small business owners around me get quoted $5,000β$10,000 for a website that, frankly, wasn't worth it β and told to take it or leave it. No flexibility, no conversation, just a price tag and a door. That never sat right with me. If you're offering a service, you offer it to whoever needs it and figure out a way to make it work. Turning away a willing client isn't protecting your business β it's just leaving money and relationships on the table. So I built Lucio Labs to be the alternative: real custom work, priced like it's actually for small businesses, built by someone who'll talk to you like a person instead of a sales funnel.
Nothing hard gets done well without real communication.
Before this, I worked every job that would have me β dishwasher, line cook, prep cook, a seasonal pallet resale business with my grandfather. None of that was wasted time. I bring all of it into every site I build.
Washing dishes teaches you to notice every speck you missed. That attention to detail carries into every page I build.
Prep work teaches you to plan three steps ahead and stay flexible when something goes wrong mid-shift.
Working pallets with my grandfather taught me that nothing hard gets done well without real communication.
Communication isn't optional β it's the whole method.
Every major step gets a call or an email before I move forward, not after. You weigh in on photos, direction, and changes as we go, because a website built without your input is a website you'll never fully love.
Before, not after
You're consulted at every major step before I move forward β not handed a surprise.
Based in Waco, TX
I build for clients anywhere. Location has never been a barrier.
10 languages built in
The site runs in the ten most spoken languages in the world, because good work shouldn't have a border on it.
What I won't do
I won't lie to you, and I won't tolerate disrespect either direction.
That's not negotiable.
Where This Is Headed
Right now, it's just me. That's intentional for now.
Every line of code, every client call, every invoice β that's intentional for now, but not the end goal. I want Lucio Labs to grow into a full team doing this same work at scale, without losing the part where I actually know your name and your business.
A few things you might wonder.
Are you new?
Yes. Lucio Labs is a young business, and I won't pretend otherwise.
Do you have client reviews yet?
Not yet β I'm early, and I'd rather be upfront about that than fake it. The demos in my portfolio show the level of work you can expect; the reviews will come as real clients do.
Is it really just you?
For now, yes β and that means you're talking directly to the person building your site, every time.
Why should I trust someone this new?
You don't have to take my word for it β look at the work. And if it helps: I take this seriously enough that it's not a side hustle to me. It's the thing I'm building my future around.
