Three Generations of Passion for Italian Cooking
La Cucina was born in 1987 when Rosa and Marco Ferretti left Naples with nothing but their family recipes and a dream. In a small dining room on Main Street, they cooked the dishes they grew up eating — slow ragù, hand-rolled pasta, wine from their hometown.
Today, their granddaughter Sofia carries the torch. Every dish is still made from scratch. The pasta dough is mixed each morning. The ragù simmers for six hours. Some things don't need to change.
